The Trade Directory is designed to make the buyer's
experience as easy as possible. The right hand column
of the page is a list of suppliers. If you know the
supplier by name, choose it in the list and press
"Go".
The other option is to use the BYGO drill down search
mechanism on the left hand side. By clicking on the
plus symbol, it will allow you to drill down to the
next category. The list of suppliers on the right
will continuously narrow as you drill down and find
a specific product category. Only suppliers that are
associated with the product you are searching for
will appear on the list. After pressing "Go"
you are taken to the supplier's homepage.
All items are classified in logical categories which
makes it easy for buyers to browse. For instance,
you want to search for a Christmas holiday candle
holder. You click on the arrow pointing to the category:
Gift: Holiday/Seasonal, then you click on Christmas
and etc....
Don't forget, at any time you may choose a supplier
and press "Go" to get to their homepage.
The supplier home page contains information about
the supplier and the products they sell. The Product
finder will help you find a supplier's products quickly.
Click on the arrows to find the group of products
that you want to view and then press on the category
description. You can also use the search query to
find your product by typing in the item name or code
and pressing "Search". If you have any questions
you can contact the company.
Current Viewing Status:
The human symbol on the bottom
left corner of the supplier's home page indicates
your current user status. The light orange symbol
indicates that you are a guest, new visitor, or
an iBYGO buyer/user who has not signed into iBYGO.
The blue symbol indicates that you are currently
signed into iBYGO. Remember that only registered
users of iBYGO who have sign in may place orders
with their suppliers.
After selecting a category from the supplier homepage
or using the search function and pressing "Go",
you will be sent to the supplier's catalog page displaying
the results of your request. Each page will display
a maximum of 20 products, click on "next"
if there is more than 20 items to be displayed. Having
to found your product, click on it to view the details.
Note: Only members of BYGO and iBYGO may view the
product prices.

Product Details
This page displays the details of the
item you have selected from the catalog page. It contains
a detail image representing the product, a description,
a SKU list and a matching items chart. Buyers can
place orders on items of a trusted supplier from this
page. Guest users must sign up with BYGO as iBYGO
Buyers and enter into a trusted relationship with
a supplier to be able to place orders with that supplier.
